Washcloth/Hanging Loop              $30 (including kit fee)

Kit includes detailed handouts and precut materials for a double gauze wash cloth backed with diaper flannel and a hanging loop.

Cloth is finished with a ladder stitch.

The class will be sharing one each of Serge & Sew Baby Lock Cover Stitch and a Pfaff sewing machine. Let Teesh know if you’d like to bring your sewing machines.

Tips & Techniques we'll be using include.

1.Using a coverstitch machine to make hanging loop.

2.How to correctly thread straight would vs cross wound spools onto your sewing machine.

3.Shortening stitch length around corners.

4.Tips on securing seam allowance at both ends of turning gap.

5.Notching corners (ensure smooth curves).

6.Using paper to stabilize corners to prevent fabric distortion and ensure smooth curves.
